Called for a quote/query about their cars and spoke to Waseem who assured all cars are washed and valeted before setting out to the customer.
Needed 2 chauffeured cars for 2 days and was worried about hidden charges and fees but Waseem confirmed all prices are agreed beforehand. Have been stung by firms in the past where ridiculous fees were added for going over mileage.
Booking was agreed from Dewsbury to Bradford but the photographer wanted to stop at a park along the way for pictures. This wasn't agreed with Waseem but he was happy to be flexible and had no issue adding the extra stop to the route.
Everyone agreed the drivers for both vehicles were very professional, helpful and respectful of all family in their cars which is something the older family members really appreciated.
As it was an Asian wedding and timings were all over the place, family were late leaving the venue and getting in to the cars based on the time we'd agreed but again Waseem was understanding with this.
Love that Waseem and his team made worked with the venues and the wedding photographers in terms of choreography of the cars arriving, opening doors for passengers, helping the older family get in/out of the cars.
You don't get rigid drivers that only go from A to B. Waseem and the team felt part of the celebrations and were very understanding. A lot of firms don't understand a family celebration can overrun.
Overall for the price you won't find another firm that has this level of service, promptness, punctuality, flexibility, understanding and respect.
